The menu below is simply an idea of what you could expect on board Good News. We will request you advise us (by completing our preference sheet), what food you enjoy so we can tailor make your meals to suit your tastes
Breakfast:
Freshly brewed coffee and tea start off every morning along with cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit.
- Canadian lox and bagels
- Banana or blueberry pancakes served with maple syrup and fresh cream
- Breakfast burritos loaded with eggs, pancetta and Swiss cheese.

Full American Breakfast with bacon eggs, toast, mushrooms and tomatoes. - Eggs Benedict
- Fluffy omelet served with a choice of fillings
- French toast served a choice of accompaniments
Lunch

Char grilled squid served with a fresh salad and chilli jam - Chunky home made gazpacho served with crusty fresh bread
- Scallops and prawns served with creamy dill sauce
- Grilled chicken cesar salad with soft bread rolls and homemade salad dressing
- South African Borewors rolls served with a creamy bacon and blue cheese salad (your will be begging for more)
- Steamed mussel bowl smothered with a creamy garlic and mushroom sauce served with a fresh French loaf
- Fish / Beef Tacos served with lime-cilantro crema
Canapés:

Crispy Bruschetta with a variety of toppings - Crab cakes served with local dipping sauces

- Chicken satay’s flavored with peanut better and a hint of curry
- Rare fillet steak slices marinated in our secret sauce
